Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 12th, 2025

At Digital Bevy Private Limited, we offer digital products and services including SaaS tools, CRM integrations, web development, and marketing automation. Due to the nature of these services, all sales are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Refund Eligibility

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Custom software development or service packages once work has begun

  • Marketing automation setups, CRM configurations, or integrations after delivery

  • Subscription-based services beyond the billing cycle already paid

If you believe a refund request is justified (e.g. accidental duplicate payments), you may contact us at sudheer@digitalbevy.com within 7 days of payment. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Further Refunds would be processed with 3-5 business days.

Cancellations

You may cancel ongoing services or subscriptions by notifying us in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations do not warrant refunds for unused time within the active billing period.

Payment Disputes

We use Razorpay to process all online payments. Disputes related to payments made through Razorpay will be subject to Razorpay’s policies, and we will assist you in resolving them as per their guidelines.
